What BestAix stores
Newsletter forms store the submitted email address and timestamp. Contact forms store name, email, subject, message and timestamp.
Do not submit sensitive personal, financial or identity information. Form records are held on the site server and access is limited to operating and reviewing those submissions.
Purpose
Why data is processed
Newsletter data is used to administer the requested subscription. Contact data is used to review and answer the message, verify corrections and protect the service from abuse.
Information submitted for one of these purposes is not presented as consent for unrelated commercial use.
Retention and rights
Access, correction and deletion
Records should be kept only for the time required to administer the request, meet applicable obligations and protect the service.
Requests for access, correction or deletion can be made through the contact page and should identify the email address concerned without sending identity documents unless a secure verification method is agreed.
Cookies and external links
No advertising tracker in this build
The delivered code does not install advertising or analytics cookies. Server infrastructure may still create essential technical logs.
External sites apply their own privacy terms after a visitor follows a link.
